The Guesty Pro dashboard is the central workspace where hospitality teams start their day, monitor critical activity, and decide what to act on first. However, the previous experience was underperforming: it was too generic, lacked enough immediate value, and did not adapt well to the different priorities of operations, guest experience, revenue, and finance users.
The redesign transformed the dashboard into a more relevant, actionable, and role-aware workspace. By combining clearer prioritization, functional workflows, personalization, and proactive AI support, the new experience increased dashboard engagement by 44%, reduced bounce rate by 64%, and reduced time to create task by 24%.

The redesigned dashboard became a more relevant and actionable workspace, improving day-to-day usefulness across different user roles.

The redesign repositioned the Guesty Pro dashboard as a more useful starting point for daily work, surfacing the most relevant priorities, insights, and actions at a glance instead of acting as a passive entry point.
Research showed that operations, guest experience, revenue, and finance users approached the dashboard with different priorities. These roles ultimately grouped into two main dashboard needs: an operational view and a business view. The new structure made the dashboard more relevant, customizable, and aligned with the way different teams work.

The new layout made it easier for users to understand what matters, navigate their day, and take action faster through clearer hierarchy, stronger prioritization, and more actionable signals.
Proactive AI support was integrated directly into the dashboard, surfacing relevant recommendations and opportunities in context to help users stay on top of day-to-day tasks.
The redesign established a scalable model for role-based personalization, lighter customization, and future dashboard evolution without compromising usability. It solved the immediate usefulness problem first while creating a path toward deeper flexibility in later iterations.
